Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Swiftly resolve customer concerns, turning potential issues into opportunities for customer delight.
- Share your expertise on our premium electric vehicle fleet, helping customers make informed decisions.
- Assist with booking modifications and cancellations, ensuring a smooth experience for our clients.
- Collaborate across departments to deliver comprehensive solutions and exceed customer expectations.
- Adapt to the dynamic needs of a growing business, including potential night shifts and weekend work.
Requirements
- 2+ years in customer service, hospitality, or luxury retail; experience in the automotive or EV industry is a significant plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to maintain a professional and upbeat tone.
- Quick to learn new CRM software and booking platforms; a genuine interest in EV technology and sustainability.
- A "can-do" attitude with the ability to think on your feet and de-escalate complex situations.
- Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to support a global client base.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team and coordinate with logistics and operations departments.

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
