Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and professional specialist to manage customer inquiries and provide premium support for their electric vehicle fleet. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, turning potential concerns into opportunities for customer delight while sharing expertise on EV technology. You will collaborate across departments to deliver comprehensive solutions and ensure a seamless experience for every client.

Schedule

• Saturday - Sunday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST (16+ work hours per week) Note: Additional shifts possible to cover PTO. Potential full-time opportunity in the future.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email with enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Swiftly resolve customer concerns, turning potential issues into opportunities for customer delight.
• Share your expertise on our premium electric vehicle fleet, helping customers make informed decisions.
• Assist with booking modifications and cancellations, ensuring a smooth experience for our clients.
• Collaborate across departments to deliver comprehensive solutions and exceed customer expectations.
• Adapt to the dynamic needs of a growing business, including potential night shifts and weekend work.

Requirements

• 2+ years in customer service, hospitality, or luxury retail; experience in the automotive or EV industry is a significant plus.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to maintain a professional and upbeat tone.
• Quick to learn new CRM software and booking platforms; a genuine interest in EV technology and sustainability.
• A "can-do" attitude with the ability to think on your feet and de-escalate complex situations.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to support a global client base.
• Proven ability to work effectively within a team and coordinate with logistics and operations departments.

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
