Our client is looking for a target-driven sales agent to join the sales team of a fast-growing travel company. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for prospective travelers, guiding them through the booking journey and converting high-interest leads into confirmed bookings. You will manage a diverse inbound pipeline across multiple communication channels, focusing on building trust, handling objections, and consistently exceeding sales benchmarks. Schedule
- Tuesday - Saturday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Manila, PH Time, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Inbound Sales Management: Respond to and manage inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat to drive conversions.
- Customer Journey Guidance: Build rapport and trust with prospective travelers, guiding them through the booking process and supporting confident purchasing decisions.
- Pipeline Ownership: Manage your personal sales pipeline, including proactive follow-ups and long-term lead nurturing.
- Objection Handling: Navigate customer concerns professionally and provide tailored solutions to meet their travel needs.
- Process Improvement: Contribute insights and best practices to improve sales scripts, internal processes, and overall team performance.
- Cross-Regional Collaboration: Coordinate with team members across various time zones to ensure seamless handovers and consistent communication.
Requirements
- Proven sales experience with a documented track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both written and verbal.
- Extensive experience handling customer-facing conversations across phone, email, and chat.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a focus on pipeline management.
- Highly comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environment.
- Passion for travel, storytelling, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the travel or hospitality industry (Highly Regarded).
- Familiarity with travel booking systems or CRM software (Preferred).
- Experience in consultative sales or high-ticket sales environments (Preferred).
- Collaborative mindset with a willingness to support team-wide success and growth.

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement.
