This isn’t just about responding to messages—you’ll own the entire lead nurturing process, from first contact through booking sales calls. You’ll also have the opportunity to flex your advertising skills by creating and optimizing Meta campaigns that drive real business growth. With an established community of 8,000+ engaged Instagram followers, this business is ready to scale through strategic advertising campaigns and needs the right person to manage the influx of leads and drive conversions.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Brisbane Time, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Lead Management: Manage Instagram DMs and engage with new leads through the Meta Business Suite platform.
  • Outreach: Initiate strategic conversations with cold leads from marketing campaigns and perform audience outreach during slower periods.
  • Community Engagement: Follow up with existing community members and nurture relationships with 8,000+ followers.
  • Appointment Setting: Book qualified sales calls for the business owner through persuasive DM conversations.
  • Ads Management: Create, manage, and optimize Meta ads campaigns; develop and test Google Ads campaigns specifically for the fitness niche.
  • Reporting: Track and report on lead generation metrics and campaign performance while following established brand guidelines.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing and lead generation.
  • Technical Skills: Proven track record with Meta Ads management, including campaign optimization and A/B testing.
  • Communication: Strong written communication skills for high-engagement Instagram conversations and community management.
  • Reliability: Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a reliable internet connection.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the fitness or wellness industry is a significant bonus.
  • Google Ads certification or experience is highly desirable.
  • A portfolio of previous social media campaigns is preferred.

Side Note

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
