Job Overview
Our client is looking for a Marketing Operations Assistant who enjoys working with systems, executing marketing processes, and supporting the operational side of digital marketing campaigns. You will support the day-to-day operations of the marketing funnel, ensuring campaigns run efficiently and leads are properly managed and followed up. This role involves working closely with the founders to assist with campaign execution, webinar coordination, lead management, and marketing workflow improvements.

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Singapore Time, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Marketing Funnel Operations: Assist in executing digital campaigns, monitor lead flow, maintain tracking dashboards, and generate ideas for Meta ads and LinkedIn content.
- Webinar Operations: Set up and manage registrations and Zoom sessions, send reminders, provide basic technical support during live events, and track conversion metrics.
- Lead Management: Monitor and organize incoming leads, send follow-up messages via WhatsApp or email, and schedule discovery calls for qualified prospects.
- Community & Content Support: Schedule updates in WhatsApp communities, repurpose social media content, and support engagement through announcements.
- Systems & Process Improvement: Maintain marketing automation tools, document workflows (SOPs), and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or growth marketing.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience supporting webinar funnels or online education businesses is highly preferred.
- Skills: Highly organized with strong attention to detail and strong written communication skills in English.
- Tech Savvy: Ability to leverage AI tools for daily productivity and comfort using marketing automation tools.
- Attributes: Reliable and proactive with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote environment.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, CRM platforms, and Email marketing systems.
- Proficiency with Zoom or webinar platforms and WhatsApp automation tools.
- Competency in Google Sheets or similar tracking tools.

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
