Job Overview
As a Client Services Specialist, you will support Client Success Managers by managing client tasks and generating reports for individuals enrolled in our program. Your interactions with clients will occur through various channels, including inbound and outbound calls, email, and text. You will play a key role in ensuring clients receive consistent, empathetic, and accurate support throughout their journey with us.
Work Hours:
- Full-time position
- Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (PST)
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (PST)
All hours must be worked in Pacific Standard Time.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
- Set clear expectations during the early stages of the client’s program (e.g., Welcome and Intro calls)
- Provide timely and informative updates to clients throughout their enrollment
- Accurately assess client needs and offer empathetic, helpful assistance
- Manage a high volume of inbound/outbound communications (calls, emails, texts, voicemails)
- Ensure all scheduled client follow-ups are completed promptly
- Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve individual and team goals
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all client interactions in the CRM system
- Consistently meet or exceed performance targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English
- Industry specific experience in Debt relief.
- Strong active listening and customer-focused mindset
- Basic math proficiency
- Outstanding time management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- High adaptability and flexibility in dynamic environments
- Demonstrated empathy and problem-solving in client interactions
Remote Work Requirements:
This is a remote position. Applicants must be capable of working efficiently in a distraction-free and quiet environment. Workspace approval is required, including submission of a photo and ongoing verification during check-ins with your manager (e.g., 1-on-1s, call monitoring).

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
