Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls using an automated dialer to connect with potential clients
  • Qualify prospects and determine eligibility for debt relief programs
  • Convert warm inbound leads actively seeking help with credit card debt
  • Provide empathetic, consultative guidance to individuals facing financial challenges
  • Build trust with clients and close sales confidently
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and client notes
  • Manage follow-ups and guide clients through the consultation-to-enrollment process

Requirements

  • 4+ years of sales experience, preferably in inside or phone-based sales
  • Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills
  • Empathetic communication style when speaking with clients under financial stress
  • Ability to thrive in a high-volume outbound calling environment
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Tech-savvy with experience using dialers, CRM systems, and digital sales tools
  • Ability to work Pacific Time business hours
  • Experience selling to U.S. markets is a strong advantage
