This role puts you at the center of ensuring seamless property operations while delivering outstanding customer service to a diverse community. You’ll master virtual inspection technology, coordinate maintenance solutions, and build lasting relationships that keep properties well-maintained and tenants satisfied.

Monday - Friday, 11:00 AM - 6:30 PM PST (Monday - Thursday) and 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM PST (Friday), with a 1-hour unpaid break

Responsibilities
- Schedule and coordinate property inspection appointments with tenants via phone, text, and email
- Conduct virtual property inspections and tours using internet-based camera recording platforms
- Handle inbound tenant calls regarding maintenance requests and property concerns with bilingual support
- Coordinate with contractors, plumbers, and service providers to address maintenance issues promptly
- Follow up on work orders and maintenance requests to ensure timely completion and tenant satisfaction
- Document inspection findings and report maintenance issues to appropriate stakeholders
- Provide exceptional customer service support to both tenants and property owners
- Update property management databases and maintain accurate records of all property activities
- Communicate property status updates and progress reports to clients and management
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Punctual and reliable with proven time management skills
- Comfortable using technology platforms and learning new software systems
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Real estate or property management background is an advantage
