Role Overview
We are seeking an execution-focused E-Commerce Operations & Customer Experience Virtual Assistant to coordinate and manage day-to-day operational tasks across Shopify, 3PL fulfillment, Amazon Seller Central, marketing coordination, and customer support. This role executes from founder-approved direction and works closely with external partners to ensure timelines are met. This is not a strategy role.

Key Responsibilities
- E-Commerce Operations: Shopify backend setup, product uploads, shipping configuration, checkout testing, and ongoing maintenance.
- 3PL Coordination: Shopify integration, SKU syncing, order testing, fulfillment monitoring, and issue escalation.
- Amazon Operations: Seller Central setup assistance, product listings, SKU alignment, and operational monitoring.
- Marketing & Content Coordination: Act as the point of contact between founder and marketing agency, track deliverables, manage timelines, and upload approved content.
- Customer Experience: Manage customer inbox, respond using approved scripts, handle order-related inquiries, and escalate sensitive issues.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain task tracker, provide daily updates and weekly summaries, and document SOPs.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience working with Shopify
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central
- Experience coordinating with 3PL providers
- Strong written English communication skills
- Highly organized and deadline-driven
- Comfortable working from SOPs and checklists
