Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Outreach Specialist to drive high-volume outbound outreach for a growing organization. This role is responsible for filling the CEO’s calendar by connecting with Activity and Executive Directors through calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages. Success in this role relies on persistence, clear communication, and the ability to execute high-volume outreach while maintaining organization in the CRM.
Client Overview
The client is a dynamic organization focused on delivering premium services to communities. They prioritize hustle, persistence, and results over traditional corporate sales approaches. This role is critical for driving the company’s growth and ensuring that the CEO’s calendar is efficiently filled with qualified meetings.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST (40 work hours per week | 8hrs per day with 1-hour unpaid break)

Responsibilities
- High-Volume Outreach: Execute 80–100+ daily touches across cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
- Persistence: Follow up relentlessly with decision-makers to turn "maybe" into a scheduled meeting
- Lead Qualification: Ask the right questions to ensure the community is a fit for the client’s premium services
- CRM Management: Keep HubSpot organized so no lead falls through the cracks
- Internal Growth: Actively participate in coaching sessions to refine scripts and improve show rates
