B2B Sales Development Representative

Role Overview:

We are seeking a high-energy, persistent Sales Development Representative (SDR) to drive our growth in the UK commercial market. This is a front-line "hunter" role for someone who thrives on the phone. You will be the engine of our sales pipeline, turning pre-generated lead lists into high-quality opportunities for our Account Executives (AEs).


Schedule:

  • 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM London , UK Time with a 1-hour unpaid break (8 hours/day, 40 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Confidently pick up the phone to conduct cold and warm outreach
  • Use strategic questioning to identify pain points and ensure the prospect is a fit for our solution
  • Execute personalized email sequences to supplement your phone activity
  • Successfully book qualified meetings directly into the AE’s calendar
  • Maintain meticulous records to ensure a seamless hand-off to the sales team

 Scope:

  • Consistent daily schedule aligned with UK business hours
  • High-volume outbound calling targeting the UK commercial sector
  • You will work with pre-generated lead lists—no "guessing" who to call

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: You can build rapport quickly and handle objections with professional fluidness

  • Handling Objections: You embrace rejection as part of the process, knowing that each call brings you one step closer to a “Yes"

  • Professionalism: You stay resilient and composed, maintaining a positive and professional attitude even during high-volume calling days 

  • Task Organization: You are organized enough to manage a high volume of tasks without letting leads fall through the cracks

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
