Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and professional Bilingual Lead Follow-Up Specialist to manage inbound/outbound communication and appointment scheduling. This role is critical in ensuring that every potential lead and existing client receives timely, professional, and structured follow-up.

Schedule: 8 AM - 5 PM Orlando, FL Time

Key Responsibilities

• Inbound/Outbound Call Management: Act as the first point of contact by answering incoming calls and making outbound calls to prospects and existing clients.
• Lead Engagement: Follow up with "hot leads" and individuals who have previously contacted the office to convert interest into scheduled appointments.
• Structured Communication: Utilize company-provided scripts and prepared messaging templates to ensure consistency in brand voice across email, text, and phone calls.
• Calendar Management: Coordinate and schedule appointments for the office team, ensuring no overlaps and efficient time management.
• CRM Maintenance: Update lead status and notes within the internal system to ensure the team has real-time visibility on prospect interactions.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Language: Native or near-native fluency in Spanish and professional proficiency in English.
• Experience: Previous experience in customer support, sales assistance, or appointment setting is highly preferred.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professional phone etiquette.
• Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using VoIP software, messaging platforms, and CRM tools.
• Attributes: Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of following structured workflows and scripts.

• This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
