Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to support the company’s online presence and customer engagement across multiple digital platforms. This role will focus on content creation, social media management, customer interaction, and maintaining the company’s visibility online. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with marketing tools, creating engaging content, and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities
- Create and edit marketing content, graphics, and video materials, including the use of AI tools when applicable
- Manage and publish posts across Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments across social media platforms and Google
- Manage and optimize the company’s Google presence, including Google Business Profile and listings
- Create and maintain website graphics and content updates
- Assist in managing online promotions, product listings, and clearance postings
- Support digital marketing initiatives for the company and affiliated companies
- Monitor social media platforms during business hours to ensure timely responses to inquiries
- Assist with general marketing tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements
- Experience with digital content creation, graphic design, and basic video editing
- Familiarity with major social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Strong communication skills for responding to customer inquiries professionally
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple marketing tasks
- Basic knowledge of website content management and online listings
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable using AI tools or learning new digital marketing technologies
- Availability to occasionally monitor messages outside standard business hours

Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
