Remote Engagement - initial 35 hours per week, then 40 hours per week.

Job Overview

We are seeking a creative, organized, and proactive Digital Marketing & Creative Assistant to support our marketing initiatives and leadership team. This hybrid role combines digital marketing, graphic design, social media management, and executive support responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually engaging digital content, managing social media platforms, and assisting leadership with administrative coordination. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative marketing work and structured organizational tasks, and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing & Social Media

• Manage and maintain the company’s social media accounts across key platforms.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content aligned with marketing and brand strategies.
• Monitor social media trends and recommend creative content ideas to increase engagement and visibility.
• Assist in the execution of digital marketing campaigns and brand awareness initiatives.
• Track social media performance metrics and assist with analytics reporting.
• Support content development for marketing initiatives including social media, email campaigns, and digital promotions.

 

Graphic Design & Creative Content

• Design visually engaging assets for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and online platforms.
• Create branded graphics, banners, marketing materials, and presentation visuals.
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital content and communications.
• Edit images, graphics, and basic video content for marketing use.
• Assist in developing marketing presentations and visual materials for internal and external use.

 

Executive & Administrative Support

• Provide administrative support to leadership including calendar coordination and meeting scheduling.
• Assist with preparing presentations, reports, and internal documents.
• Coordinate meetings, track action items, and follow up on project tasks.
• Support communication and coordination between leadership and internal teams.
• Assist with general administrative tasks that support day-to-day operations.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience creating digital marketing content and social media assets.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms.
• Experience managing or supporting social media platforms for a business or brand.
• Strong understanding of visual design principles including layout, typography, and color theory.
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools and digital marketing platforms.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating content for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, or TikTok.
• Familiarity with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar.
• Experience supporting executives or performing administrative coordination tasks.
• Knowledge of basic social media analytics and reporting.
• Experience working in a remote or virtual assistant capacity.
