Graphic Design & Video Editor

Overview:

We are looking for a multidisciplinary Visual Content Designer & Video Editor with a strong eye for design, an intuitive sense of storytelling, and the ability to translate ideas into visually compelling content, who can work across formats, from polished brand assets to User-Generated Content (UGC)-style video edits and animated explainers.

They'll be creating content that supports our brand, retreats, events, and educational resources.

Schedule:

  • Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 am to 12:00 pm (Central European Time)

Graphic Design:

  • Design social media graphics, carousels, and brand assets aligned with visual guidelines.
  • Create marketing materials, including email graphics, presentation slides, event collateral, and digital ads.
  • Convert conceptual ideas into polished, on-brand visuals.

Video Editing:

  • Edit short-form UGC-style videos for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Produce high-quality video content that tells a clear, engaging story.
  • Create explainer videos, motion graphics, and simple animations to communicate features and processes.
  • Repurpose long-form content into short clips.

Creative Storytelling & Strategy:

  • Translate brand narratives into compelling visual stories.
  • Work closely with the marketing and content teams to develop concepts and campaigns.
  • Bring ideas for improving visual identity, pacing, and engagement across platforms.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience with Canva, Figma, or AI video tools.
  • 2–4+ years of experience in graphic design and video editing (agency, in-house, or freelance).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of designs and video storytelling.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, or similar tools).
  • Experience with short-form content and social-first design.
  • Ability to concept, storyboard, and execute visually cohesive content.
  • Strong attention to detail, deadlines, and brand consistency.
  • Ability to work autonomously and handle multiple projects concurrently.

Side Note:

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are determined by your performance throughout the application process.
