Senior E-commerce Operations & Customer Support Coordinator

Primary Objective
Own inbound customer and wholesale communication while supporting core e-commerce and logistics operations. This role should reduce executive interruption and create structured operational flow across support, fulfillment, and systems.

Schedule: Open to weekend schedule, EST Dover DE

Core Responsibilities
Email & Communication Management
• Help set up and Manage shared inboxes (support, logistics, wholesale)
• Triage and prioritize daily inbound communication
• Draft professional responses with strong written English
• Use templates and maintain SOP response library
• Identify issues requiring escalation
• Maintain inbox zero discipline
 
E-commerce Platform Management
• Navigate WooCommerce backend confidently
• EasyShip or ShipStation
• Quickbooks (basic)
 
Systems & Workflow Management
• Identify and set up task management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Trello, Notion, etc.)
• Maintain internal issue tracker
• Document recurring issues and improve SOPs
• Tag and categorize customer inquiries
• Support process improvement and automation initiatives
 
Required Skills
• Excellent written English with professional tone control
• Prior experience in e-commerce customer support
• Strong familiarity with WooCommerce or similar platforms
• Organized and process-driven
• Detail-oriented and calm under pressure
• Strong documentation habits
• Able to work independently without constant supervision*****
 
Preferred Experience
• Experience in positions where they are creating solutions, not bringing problems.
• Experience handling shipping software (ShipStation, EasyShip, etc.)
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 and shared mailbox environments
• Basic spreadsheet proficiency
• Experience handling payment disputes or chargebacks
