Monday - Sunday (Flexible shifting), 4 hours per day during Vancouver, CA business hours (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls to book cleaning appointments.
- Respond to email inquiries and send quotations based on services requested.
- Provide pricing and explain the coverage of the services offered.
- Arrange and manage bookings.
- Send invoices to clients.
- Utilize tools such as Excel, Google Drive, Square, Jobber, and Justcall phone system.
Requirements
- Must have 2 years of experience in the cleaning services industry.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Proven experience working in customer service.
