British Columbia Real Estate Admin Assistant (SkySlope & Paragon)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a disciplined and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant with a background in British Columbia real estate. The primary focus of this role is the accurate management of real estate documentation and transaction filing. This is a role for a "doer" who is already familiar with the standard forms and compliance platforms used in the BC market and can execute tasks with minimal oversight.

Schedule:

  • Tuesday–Saturday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM PDT (25 hours/week)

Core Responsibilities:

  • Document Management: Accurately prepare and audit standard BC Real Estate forms, including Contracts of Purchase and Sale, Disclosure of Remuneration, and DORTS.
  • Compliance Handling: Facilitate FINTRAC documentation and ensure all files meet brokerage compliance standards within SkySlope.
  • Listing Support: Upload and manage property listings in Paragon (MLS) and pull required titles from the BC Land Title office (LTSA).
  • Process Execution: Follow established SOPs to ensure all time-sensitive deadlines (such as the Rescission Period) are tracked and met.
  • General Admin: Maintain CRM database integrity and handle professional email correspondence with conveyancers and other agents.

Required Qualifications:

  • BC Real Estate Literacy: Previous experience handling administrative paperwork specifically for the British Columbia market.
  • System Proficiency: Immediate, hands-on familiarity with SkySlope and Paragon.
  • Accuracy: A proven track record of entering data and replicating form details (commissions, legal descriptions) without errors.
  • Autonomy: Ability to take a task and complete it independently based on existing knowledge of the BC real estate lifecycle.

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
