Client Overview:
The client is a Utah-based pest control service provider specializing in scheduling and rescheduling appointments, managing billing inquiries, and coordinating between customers and field technicians. Experiencing seasonal fluctuations in business—with growth peaking around September—they operate Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 6 PM and Saturdays from 9 AM to 6 PM, with Sundays off.
Currently in a growth phase, they are expanding their customer service team, focusing on phone-based representatives to support increasing demand, alongside existing inside sales and email support teams.
Schedule:
- Approximately 20 hours per week
- Some reports must be completed by Monday at 11:00 am (US Mountain Time)
- Remaining hours can be flexible throughout the week

Key Responsibilities:
- Run weekly branch reports from the management software and input data into Excel
- Categorize transactions within QuickBooks
- Monitor and analyze expenses in the Divvy expense management platform
- Assist with ad hoc operational and financial reporting tasks as needed
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience working with QuickBooks
- Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills
- Strong ability to learn new software quickly (e.g., Pest Routes, Divvy)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
