Role Overview
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer to join our client’s team full-time. This role will be responsible for managing daily payment processing, sales pipeline activities within GoHighLevel, invoicing, account management, and both client and internal team communications.
Schedule: Mon to Fri, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm (flexible), 40 hours per week
Client time zone: Australian Western Time (AWST)

Key Responsibilities
- Process daily payments efficiently and accurately
- Manage the sales pipeline using GoHighLevel CRM
- Prepare and send invoices, and maintain account records
- Communicate proactively with clients regarding accounts
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless operations
Non-Negotiable Requirements
- Proficiency in Xero accounting software, Stripe payment platform, Google Sheets
- Experience with GoHighLevel or an equivalent CRM system is highly preferred
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills

- This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
