Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Pacific Time (Las Vegas, Nevada), with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)
12:00 AM - 9:00 AM Philippine Time

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to businesses using provided lead information
  • Telemarket Personal and Commercial Lines insurance products
  • Personal Lines – auto, home, umbrella, boats, motorcycles, recreational vehicles, mobile homes, etc.
  • Commercial Lines – business owners policy, general liability, property, business auto, workers comp, umbrella/excess, professional liability, etc.
  • Clearly articulate value propositions, focusing on cost savings and improved coverage
  • Qualify prospects by assessing current insurance policies and identifying opportunities
  • Schedule qualified appointments for insurance brokers (minimum 10 per day target)
  • Send professional follow-up emails requesting documentation (declaration pages, loss run letters, etc.)
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Provide customer and agency support services including data entry, COIs, audits, and clerical tasks
  • Collaborate with the sales team to improve scripts, strategies, and conversion rates
  • Participate in ongoing training to strengthen insurance knowledge and sales skills

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Proven experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or sales (insurance experience is a plus)
  • Resilient, target-driven mindset with a positive attitude
  • Strong active listening and rapport-building skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and general computer applications
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills
  • Ability to explain complex insurance concepts in simple, compelling terms
  • Strong objection-handling and problem-solving skills
  • Reliable home office setup with stable internet connection
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving sales strategies

Qualifications

  • Insurance industry background preferred
  • Experience in personal and commercial insurance lines is an advantage
  • Strong commission-driven motivation with the ability to follow a proven sales process
