Job Description: You’ll be the crucial first touchpoint in a proven system that helps vacation rental property owners discover better management solutions. This isn’t about hard selling—you’ll use an established, refined script to identify qualified homeowners and connect them with local property managers who can transform their rental income. You’ll work with warm leads in a thriving industry, following a process that’s been tested and optimized for consistent results.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 11am to 7pm Eastern with a 30 minute paid break. Time zone may change depending on targert

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to homeowners using provided contact database of 8,000+ prioritized leads
- Follow proven script to identify property owners versus property managers
- Present free property assessment opportunities to qualified vacation rental owners
- Schedule meetings between interested homeowners and local property management partners
- Collect contact information and facilitate email introductions between parties
- Track and document all call activities and outcomes using provided CRM system
- Achieve target of 4 scheduled meetings per month per client served
- Adapt script naturally while maintaining core messaging and conversion effectiveness
- Work systematically through prioritized contact lists to maximize efficiency
Requirements:
- American accent strongly preferred (homeowners receive high volume of cold calls and accent impacts conversion)
- Proven experience with cold calling and lead generation in any industry
- Ability to follow scripts while thinking on the fly and adapting to live conversations
- Comfortable with rejection and persistent in cold calling environments
- Strong communication skills and professional phone presence
- Experience with CRM systems and call tracking software preferred
- Bonus if you have experience in real estate, property management, or vacation rental industries
- It helps if you’re naturally conversational and can build quick rapport with homeowners

Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
