Office Admin & Content Assistant

 Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Admin & Content Assistant to serve as
a foundational member of our growing team. This role is designed to take the weight of daily
execution off the owner’s shoulders. You will be responsible for the "look and feel" of our
clients' social presence and the smooth administrative flow of our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
● Social Media Management: Schedule and publish approved content across various
platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile) for our local marketing
clients.
● Creative Support: Utilize Canva to create visually appealing social media graphics,
headers, and basic promotional materials based on existing brand guidelines.
● Administrative Coordination: Assist with calendar management, client
communication follow-ups, and basic data entry to keep projects moving forward.
● Workflow Support: Work alongside our Marketing Automation Specialist to ensure
that client assets are organized and ready for deployment.
● Local Brand Stewardship: Maintain the "local and personal" feel of the Inspired
Connection brand in all digital interactions.

Qualifications & Skills
● Canva Proficiency: Ability to quickly produce clean, professional, and engaging
designs.
● Social Media Savvy: Familiarity with scheduling tools and the nuances of different
social platforms.
● Organized & Self-Starting: You don’t wait to be told what to do; you see a bottleneck
and help clear it.
● Reliability: As we move away from the freelancer model, we are looking for a
teammate committed to long-term growth and consistent communication.
● Communication: Strong written English skills for professional client interaction and
caption writing.
