We’re looking for a proactive and creative Social Media & Marketing Assistant to support an established author and growing global brand. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys content creation, social media management, and behind-the-scenes marketing support—from podcast research to CRM automation. Scope:
- Direct collaboration with business owner during critical launch phase

Responsibilities:
- Manage and create content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Research and identify potential podcast guests for interview opportunities
- Assist with podcast content management and production
- Help with website management and updates
- Create and manage marketing collateral, templates, and booklets
- Support content creation and management for an established author with multiple books
- Assist with global branding initiatives and strategy implementation
- Manage Go High Level CRM and marketing automation tasks
- Provide general virtual assistant support as needed
Requirements:
- 2-5+ years of experience in social media management and virtual assistance
- Proficiency with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Experience with Go High Level CRM platform preferred
- Strong content creation and management skills
- Experience working with coaches, authors, or similar service-based businesses preferred
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
- Understanding of digital marketing and branding principles
- Ability to research and identify potential interview candidates
Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
