Job Description: Step into a versatile role where you’ll be the organizational backbone and creative support system for a thriving boutique agency. You’ll wear multiple hats, seamlessly blending administrative excellence with social media creativity to keep operations running smoothly while contributing to the agency’s creative output. Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy
● Developing the content pillars, posting schedules, and growth tactics.
SEO & Marketing
● Optimizing blog posts, website copy, and running organic/paid campaigns.
Engagement
● Active community management, responding to comments, and outbound networking.
Creative Strategy
● Briefing the designer on what assets are needed based on current trends.
Analytics
● Tracking KPIs, monthly reporting, and adjusting the strategy based on data.
Social media posting across all channels and platforms, using Later, or IG scheduling
software.
Regular scheduled posting on agreed upon schedule for social media sharing.
Drafting upcoming social media grids for approval, with existing imagery, new content and
writing copy.
Requirements
- You bring strong organizational skills and proven experience in administrative support roles.
- You have demonstrated social media management experience with a portfolio showcasing your content creation abilities. (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
- Proficiency in graphic design tools and content creation platforms is essential, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You’re comfortable working independently, managing multiple priorities, and adapting to changing needs.
- Bonus if you have experience with executive assistant duties, project management tools, or working in creative agency environments.
- It helps if you’re familiar with client communication and vendor coordination.
