Job Description:
We’re looking for a Demo Booker to support outbound outreach to automotive dealerships across the US and Canada. The role focuses on calling, emailing, and following up with dealership decision-makers (GM, GSM, Dealer Principal) to book qualified demos for our sales team.

Type:

• Part-time to start (with opportunity to move full-time based on performance)

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Central time (4 hours per day 20 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to dealerships using provided lead lists
• Follow up via email and CRM sequences
• Qualify interest and book demos on our sales calendar
• Track activity and outcomes in Close CRM
• Coordinate with sales on warm leads and no-shows

Requirements:

• Strong spoken English
• Comfortable making outbound calls
• Prior experience in appointment setting, inside sales, or BDC (automotive experience is a plus)
• Reliable internet and quiet workspace
• Organized, consistent, and results-driven

• This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
