Job Overview 

We are a leading insurance company dedicated to operational excellence and precision. We are seeking a highly analytical Insurance Policy Auditor to join our team. This role is essential for maintaining the integrity of our records and ensuring that our internal systems perfectly align with external carrier data.

As an Insurance Policy Auditor, you will serve as a key quality-control specialist, identifying discrepancies, investigating root causes, and collaborating with leadership to implement long-term data quality solutions.


Work Schedule & Arrangement

  • Type: Full-Time (40 hours per week)
  • Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Central Time (CT)
  • Days: Monday – Friday
  • Location: Moneterrey, Mexico

Core Responsibilities

  • Data Quality Auditing: Proactively identify and resolve data quality issues across insurance policies and customer accounts.
  • System Synchronization: Correct data discrepancies to ensure external carriers and internal systems remain perfectly aligned during the processing of customer records.
  • Records Integrity: Verify and ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of all internal and external documentation.
  • Quality Assurance Reporting: Document all audit findings, track both individual and team error rates, and present comprehensive quality assurance results to leadership.
  • Trend Analysis: Identify patterns of recurring data issues and collaborate with leaders and the training department to develop action plans aimed at reducing future errors.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Partner with internal teams to develop training materials and quality standards that ensure strict compliance with insurance industry regulations.
  • Process Maintenance: Stay current with all changes in software systems and operational processes to ensure data integrity consistently meets high organizational standards.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Perform other job-related functions as assigned to support the broader goals of the operations team.

Requirements

  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to review complex data sets, spot inconsistencies, and identify recurring patterns.
  • Technical Precision: Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on "getting it right the first time."
  • Communication Skills: Strong ability to document technical findings clearly and present them to leadership.
  • Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of insurance policy structures and carrier-system alignment is highly preferred.
  • Collaborative Spirit: Experience working with training or leadership teams to improve workflows and standards.

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
