Position Overview

You’ll be the creative voice behind an exciting AI company’s social media presence, combining your marketing expertise with hands-on product demonstration skills. This role offers the unique opportunity to work directly with leadership, learn cutting-edge AI technology, and create compelling content that showcases real-time conversation enhancement tools. You’ll help introduce the world to technology that’s changing how teams communicate and collaborate.

  • Monday - Friday, Flexible between 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Nashville, TN Time (4 hours/day, 20 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities

Product Content Strategy & Messaging

  • Create and own a content strategy for SaaS/AI product launches, feature releases, and ongoing marketing efforts, ensuring alignment with business goals and target customers.
  • Collaborate directly with leadership to stay aligned on product updates, positioning, and messaging.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging content formats to keep messaging fresh, relevant, and competitive.

Product-Led Content Creation

  • Produce a wide range of product-based content, including:
    • Product videos (screen recordings, demos, tutorials, feature explanations)
    • Social media posts and captions (LinkedIn, X, Instagram, TikTok)
    • Blog posts and articles (educational content, thought leadership)
    • Sales enablement materials (case studies, presentations, one-pagers)
    • Gated content (whitepapers, e-books)

Content Planning & Execution

  • Manage a content calendar to plan, prioritize, and ensure consistent content release across all relevant channels.
  • Repurpose core product content across formats and channels to maximize reach and efficiency.

Distribution, Community & Partnerships

  • Maintain an active and consistent presence across social media platforms and relevant forums through community engagement, commentary, and inbound response.
  • Identify and develop distribution channels, ecosystem partnerships, and communities (e.g., newsletters, influencers, Slack groups, and other relevant platforms) to extend reach into target ecosystems.

SEO & Organic Growth

  • Develop and execute an SEO strategy focused on product use cases, customer pain points, educational blogs, comparison pages, and other high-intent search opportunities.
  • Translate keyword insights and search demand into product-led content that drives qualified organic traffic.

Email Marketing & Lifecycle Communication

  • Build and manage email marketing campaigns that share product updates, feature releases, educational content, blog posts, and broader marketing announcements.
  • Support user education, engagement, and retention through thoughtful, well-timed lifecycle communications.

Paid Distribution & Experimentation

  • Craft and manage lean paid media efforts to adapt product content into high-performing paid campaigns across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, social channels, and community platforms.
  • Use paid distribution strategically to test messaging, validate positioning, and amplify priority launches.

Performance, Measurement & Optimization

    • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics (e.g., engagement, traffic, conversions) to assess effectiveness and refine future strategies.
  • Use insights across channels (SEO, email, social, paid, partnerships) to continuously improve content and distribution decisions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A portfolio or examples of social media content, product demos, or campaigns you have created
  • Proven experience managing multiple social media platforms and creating engaging content
  • Strong technical skills for screen recording and product demonstration creation
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand complex SaaS/AI technology products
  • Experience creating viral content and targeting specific demographics effectively
  • Excellent written communication skills for authentic brand voice representation
  • Background working with US-based clients and understanding of US market dynamics
  • Bonus if you have experience with early-stage tech companies or SaaS products
  • It helps if you’re comfortable with rapid learning as new features are constantly released

The ideal candidate is both a storyteller and a marketer—someone who can translate complex technology into clear, engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

You should be comfortable creating product-focused content such as demos, tutorials, and social posts while also contributing to broader marketing efforts like blogs, email campaigns, and paid media. We’re seeking someone who is curious about AI technology, eager to learn quickly, and capable of working closely with leadership to shape messaging and brand voice.

The right candidate is highly organized, able to manage a content calendar, analyze performance metrics, and continuously improve strategies based on data and industry trends. Experience working with SaaS products, AI tools, or early-stage tech companies is a strong advantage.

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
