Client Overview:
Our client is seeking a data-driven Meta Ads Account Manager to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns focused on lead generation funnels, specifically Book-a-Call funnels and Live Paid Webinar funnels.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, experienced in conversion-focused advertising, and capable of continuously improving campaign performance through testing, reporting, and funnel optimization.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy & Management
-
Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns focused on lead generation.

Build and maintain campaigns for Book-a-Call funnels and Live Paid Webinar funnels.
-
Develop campaign structures, audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies aligned with funnel goals.
-
Monitor daily performance and adjust campaigns to meet KPIs.
Data Tracking & Performance Reporting
-
Implement and monitor data tracking systems (Meta Pixel, conversion events, tracking tools, etc.).

Analyze campaign performance and report on metrics such as:

Cost per lead (CPL)
-
Cost per booked call
-
Cost per webinar registration
-
Conversion rates
-
Return on ad spend (ROAS)
-
Produce clear, actionable performance reports and insights.
Testing & Optimization
-
Conduct ongoing A/B testing on:

Ad creatives
-
Headlines and copy
-
Audiences
-
Campaign structures
-
Landing page elements
-
Optimize campaigns based on data to improve efficiency and conversions.
Funnel & Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)

Analyze performance across funnel steps to identify drop-off points.

Run A/B tests on funnel components to improve conversion rates.
-
Provide recommendations to improve funnel performance when ad traffic is not converting effectively.
Account Management
-
Manage multiple advertising accounts simultaneously.
-
Maintain organized campaign documentation and reporting.
-
Communicate campaign performance insights and improvement opportunities.
Requirements:

Proven experience managing Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation funnels.

Hands-on experience with Book-a-Call funnels and/or Live Paid Webinar funnels.

Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and campaign optimization strategies.
-
Experience with data tracking, analytics, and performance reporting.

Demonstrated ability to run A/B testing and performance experiments.

Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.

Ability to analyze funnel performance and recommend improvements.
-
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
-
Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
Highly Preferred Skills:

Experience working with high-ticket coaching, consulting, or digital product funnels.

Familiarity with tools such as:

Google Analytics
-
Funnel platforms (Especially Kajabi)

Tracking tools and dashboards
-
Experience managing multiple advertising accounts simultaneously.

Proven ability to scale campaigns while maintaining target KPIs.
Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
