Client Overview
The client operates in the digital marketing space, offering services such as AI solutions and Google advertising, and focuses on scaling businesses through strategic marketing outreach.

Schedule
Monday – Thursday, 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM Atlantic Time (part-time, 5 hours/day, 20 hours/week)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume cold calling campaigns to pre-qualified prospects from curated lead lists
  • Pitch comprehensive digital marketing services including AI solutions and Google advertising
  • Schedule qualified appointments directly into the sales team’s shared calendar system
  • Maintain detailed prospect records and call notes using organized Excel tracking systems
  • Follow up strategically with prospects to convert interest into confirmed meetings
  • Handle objections professionally while maintaining consistent daily call volumes
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and maximize conversion rates
  • Adapt messaging based on prospect needs and digital marketing service offerings

Requirements

  • Proven experience in appointment setting, cold calling, or telemarketing roles
  • Demonstrated ability to handle rejection while maintaining motivation and call volume
  • Experience managing 100+ daily dials and high-activity prospecting campaigns
  • Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone presence
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated quiet workspace for phone-based work
  • Availability during North American business hours with Atlantic/Eastern time zone alignment
  • Experience working with web/digital agencies and familiarity with digital marketing concepts and services (highly preferred)
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace tools and spreadsheet management
  • Flexibility to render more than 20 hours per week when needed

Side Note
This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
