Lead Generation Specialist

Job Description:

You’ll drive new business growth through strategic cold email marketing campaigns, generating qualified appointments for pest control services in the competitive Los Angeles market. This performance-based role is perfect for experienced lead generators who want to apply their home services expertise to the pest control industry. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a business that competes directly with major industry players and is serious about scaling their customer acquisition efforts.

Client Overview:

Partner with a California-based pest control company that’s scaling their marketing efforts to compete with industry giants like Terminix and Orkin. This established business is looking to expand their lead generation capabilities through strategic email marketing campaigns targeting the Los Angeles market. You’ll work with a company that understands the home services industry and values results-driven marketing approaches.

Schedule: 

  • Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with 1-hour unpaid break
  • 40 hours per week
  • Client time zone: US Pacific Time (Anaheim, CA)

Responsibilities:

  • Execute targeted cold email marketing campaigns for pest control services
  • Generate qualified leads and appointments for free pest control inspections
  • Target Los Angeles area prospects with compelling service offers
  • Create and send promotional emails featuring special offers and discounts
  • Track and report on lead generation performance and conversion rates
  • Develop email lists and prospect databases for the LA market
  • Optimize campaign messaging for maximum appointment conversion
  • Collaborate with the team to refine lead generation strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in lead generation for home service companies
  • Background working with realtors, roofers, plumbers, electricians, or similar industries
  • Able to source quality leads in the US market particualry in California
  • Knowledge of cold email marketing strategies and best practices
  • Ability to work effectively on a performance-based compensation structure
  • Bonus if you have experience with pest control or related industries
  • It helps if you have established relationships with LA-area prospect sources

Side Note

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
