Digital Marketing Specialist

Schedule:

  • Flexible during client working hours from 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM [Western Australia Time] (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and optimize the website for SEO to improve Google rankings and drive organic traffic
  • Manage social media presence with consistent, regular posting across platforms
  • Create and publish blog content for the company website regularly
  • Keep website content fresh and updated to maintain search engine visibility
  • Potentially manage LinkedIn advertising campaigns and lead generation
  • Monitor and report on SEO performance and ranking improvements

Requirements:

  • Strong SEO expertise with a deep understanding of Google algorithms and maintaining Google-friendly websites
  • Extensive LinkedIn advertising experience, particularly in B2B marketing
  • Proven experience working with manufacturing or industrial companies
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Ads management and optimization
  • Experience in reducing paid advertising costs while increasing organic website traffic
  • A background in business-to-business marketing rather than consumer-focused campaigns.

Scope:

  • Part-time role starting at 20 hours per week with potential to expand to full-time
  • Focus primarily on LinkedIn as the main social media platform for B2B clients
  • Work with the existing marketing company structure while taking over specific digital tasks
