Job Overview

Our client is looking for a part-time Telemarketer focused on outbound sales and appointment setting. The successful candidate will work with Apollo.io to manage prospect workflows, reach out to new leads, qualify prospects, and book discovery meetings. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to engage with decision-makers in medium-sized industrial businesses.

Client Overview

The client is an operations consulting firm that helps medium-sized businesses streamline their operations through process re-engineering. They specialize in working with companies that have manufacturing, production, or transportation components in the industrial sector.

Schedule

•  Monday to Friday, 9:00 Am-1:00 pm Australian Western Standard Time (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Review and process new prospects generated weekly through Apollo.io workflows
• Conduct outbound calls to qualify leads and assess fit for operations consulting services
• Schedule and book discovery meetings with qualified prospects
• Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions and follow-up activities
• Meet agreed-upon KPIs including call volume and appointment-setting targets

Requirements

• Minimum 2-5 years of proven telemarketing or outbound sales experience
• Strong verbal communication skills with clear, professional phone presence
• Experience using CRM tools and sales platforms such as Apollo.io or similar prospecting software

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with Australian clients or markets (Preferred)
• Background in B2B sales, particularly in manufacturing, operations, or industrial sectors (Preferred)
• Proven ability to meet performance-based targets and handle deal closures (Preferred)

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
