Our client is seeking a proactive Admin Assistant to manage, update, and optimize their Shopify store. In this role, you’ll be the technical hand keeping the website running smoothly—from building landing pages and managing apps to ensuring the online presence reflects the brand’s premium quality. Responsibilities

  • Shopify Management: Update and manage the Shopify store, including app configurations, product listings, and third-party integrations.
  • Automation: Set up and manage ManyChat flows to engage, nurture, and support customers through automated chat.
  • Content Updates: Update images, metafields, and site content to ensure accuracy and a "fresh" brand feel.
  • Page Building: Build and optimize high-converting landing pages in PageFly using existing templates and brand assets.
  • Development Support: Apply basic CSS for minor website adjustments; you are encouraged to use AI tools like ChatGPT to assist with code snippets.
  • Site Migration: Assist with theme updates and product migrations to ensure the new website is populated correctly and functions perfectly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure the customer journey is professional, fast, and intuitive.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing Shopify stores, including backend apps and integrations.
  • Familiarity with ManyChat and PageFly (or comparable e-commerce page builders).
  • Basic CSS knowledge with the ability to implement simple code edits or styling changes.
  • High level of comfort using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to assist with coding or content tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive, self-directed work style.

Qualifications

  • Experience with website theme transitions and large-scale product migrations (Preferred).
  • Solid understanding of e-commerce best practices and conversion rate optimization (CRO) (Preferred).

Side Note

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits. Professional hourly fees are established based on your performance in the application process.
