Schedule
Part-time (20 hours per week):
- Monday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM EST
- Thursday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST, with 1-hour unpaid break

Responsibilities
- Handle incoming phone calls from prospective students with professionalism and care
- Schedule appointments for prospective students to complete their applications
- Provide critical phone coverage during peak periods, particularly Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays
- Support academic operations by assisting with grading student work
- Enter grades and student information into institutional management systems
- Deliver exceptional customer service reflecting the institution’s commitment to student success
- Manage appointment scheduling systems to optimize student flow and staff efficiency
- Provide administrative support for enrollment and academic processes as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service, customer support, or client-facing roles
- Strong communication skills and professional phone manner
- Experience with scheduling systems and appointment management
- Proficiency with computer systems and data entry
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Bonus: familiarity with educational administrative processes
- Helpful: experience supporting students or working in educational settings

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
