Responsibilities
- Upload and allocate bills for properties and building management
- Request missing bills from council, rates department, and body corporate when needed
- Handle repairs and maintenance requests by troubleshooting with renters and obtaining multiple quotes for owner approval
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to property managers who are conducting field work across Victoria
- Create and customize reports for building management using provided templates
- Send broadcast communications to residents regarding body corporate rules, rubbish collection schedules, and repair notifications
- Research property details and create rental advertisements for posting on real estate platforms
- Develop social media content including one-page designs using Canva for Instagram and Facebook
- Manage and build Google reviews by engaging with tenants and property owners
- Support building managers on-site with administrative tasks and communications
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in administrative or property management support roles
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong common sense for cross-checking work
- Proven ability to be a fast learner and work proactively with minimal supervision
- Excellent English communication skills for written and verbal interactions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite for daily administrative tasks
- Experience with Canva for creating social media and marketing content
- Ability to conduct research and synthesize information effectively
- Strong independent work ethic suitable for remote collaboration
- Experience with property management software and real estate platforms preferred

- This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement.
