Our client is seeking a dedicated B2B Appointment Setter for a new full-time role focused on lead generation and qualification. The successful candidate will conduct outbound calls to business leads using provided call lists and scripts to book qualified appointments for the sales team to close. Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to business leads using provided call lists and scripts to book qualified sales appointments
- Qualify leads by understanding client needs, generating interest, and handling objections or hesitations professionally
- Follow up with prospects and move them through the sales pipeline to ensure strong commitment to scheduled appointments
- Conduct product or service demos as needed to support the appointment setting process
- Support multiple service verticals by adapting to different sales funnels and product offerings as directed by management
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven B2B sales or appointment setting experience
- Strong verbal communication skills with clear, professional delivery that builds trust and rapport naturally
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and commission-driven approach to sales performance
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of sales development or appointment setting experience (Preferred)
- Previous experience working with international clients in a remote setting (Preferred)

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement.
