Responsibilities:
- Manage and create engaging content for Instagram with expansion to TikTok and Facebook
- Organize and schedule email and SMS marketing campaigns to maintain client engagement
- Create and manage monthly newsletters, transitioning from guided to independent execution
- Develop new marketing materials including brochures and monthly printed materials for the lounge
- Handle consistent posting and scheduling across all social media platforms
- Build community engagement through strategic social media interactions and outreach
- Develop content strategies that showcase the team, daily operations, and wellness services
- Maintain brand consistency and credibility across all marketing channels
- Think strategically about audience engagement and content performance optimization
Requirements:

You bring proven experience in social media marketing for US-based clients, with a focus on strategy rather than just execution (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)

You understand platform algorithms and can create content that drives engagement and builds community.

Experience with email marketing and SMS campaigns is essential, along with the ability to work independently and take ownership of marketing initiatives.
