Job Description: Step into the role of a trusted right-hand person for a successful content creator who’s ready to scale their operation. You’ll handle the operational backbone that keeps content flowing seamlessly across platforms, from light editing tasks to audience engagement. This is your chance to work behind the scenes of a growing content business, where your organizational skills and social media savvy will directly impact brand growth and audience engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Perform light video editing, including shortening long-form content to 5-10 second clips for optimal platform performance
- Organize and manage video footage and content assets using systematic folder structures
- Execute content posting schedules across multiple social media platforms
- Engage with audiences by commenting on other creators’ content using the brand’s authentic voice and tone
- Monitor social media trends and identify viral content opportunities to bring to the creator’s attention
- Draft content ideas and suggest creative adaptations of successful viral content for the brand
- Manage and maintain content calendars to ensure consistent posting schedules
- Create and manage carousel designs and visual content formats with guidance and coaching
- Handle various administrative tasks that support the content creation workflow
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and what makes content go viral
- Ability to recognize effective hooks, engaging posts, and viral content potential
- Basic video editing skills for simple tasks like trimming, organizing, and formatting footage
- Excellent organizational abilities for managing content libraries, calendars, and workflows
- Understanding of brand voice and ability to engage authentically with target audiences
- Basic design capabilities or eagerness to learn carousel and content formatting techniques
- Strong written communication skills for content ideation and audience engagement
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Bonus if you have experience with content creation tools and social media management platforms
Side Note: Since this is a permanent work-from-home position and the arrangement is that of an “Independent Contractor,” the selected candidates must have their own computer and internet connection. They will handle their own benefits and taxes. The professional fees are on hourly rates and the rate depends on your performance in the application process.
