Senior Content Marketing Manager (Real Estate Personal Brand)
Full-Time | Remote | Content Execution + Platform Growth
We’re looking for a Content & Growth Manager who knows how to take content from idea → execution → publishing → performance tracking. Someone who can manage social media like a system, not random tasks, not waiting on direction, but flowing content through a clear pipeline.
You’re coming in to execute.
Your Role as a Content & Growth Manager
- You are here to carry the weight of content execution.
- Your responsibility is to keep the client visible, relevant, and consistently present online so they can stay focused on selling, closing deals, and serving their clients at a high level.
- You own the distribution.
- You manage the optimization.
- You move the content from idea → edit → publish → performance.
- As long as you’re communicating clearly, asking for preferences early, and maintaining open alignment with your client, you will be the person who protects their online presence and keeps the brand showing up, every week, no gaps.
- You are not waiting to be told what to do.
- You are driving the machine forward.
- Your client should feel relief.

- Strong Communicator in English — Written, verbal, and comfortable speaking on camera if needed.
- Emotionally Steady Under Pressure — You don’t break during high volume weeks. You adapt. You solve. You deliver.
- Process & Workflow Minded — You understand that content is a pipeline, not random tasks.
Requirements
- Experience managing multiple social platforms
- Video editing ability (AI tools welcome)
- Ability to write captions + hooks in clean, engaging English
- Can repurpose long-form → short-form without being told step-by-step
- Knows Canva, YouTube SEO basics, content scheduling tools
- Organized, proactive, reliable with deadlines
- Can manage content delivery without waiting for micro-direction
