As outbound efforts scale, they are looking for a senior sales professional to strengthen and structure their sales development engine.
Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Sales Development Specialist who can both execute and design outbound strategy. This is not just a cold-calling role. You will take ownership of building and improving outbound workflows, identifying high-intent prospects, engaging decision-makers, and driving opportunities through to close. The ideal candidate understands how to scale outbound efforts strategically while remaining hands-on in outreach, demos, and deal progression.
Schedule: Mon to Fri, 9:30 AM – 1:30 PM Dubai, 20 Paid hours per week, to be aligned with client operations

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine outbound sales strategies targeting fashion and retail brands
- Identify prospects using business triggers such as new collection launches, hiring activity, and seasonal campaigns
- Conduct personalized outreach via LinkedIn and social media platforms
- Set appointments and deliver product demonstrations via Zoom
- Present AI platform capabilities to decision-makers and guide conversations toward commercial outcomes
- Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signing
- Follow up consistently on leads and nurture relationships during key business moments
- Track performance metrics and continuously improve messaging and targeting
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or SaaS sales
- Proven experience building and scaling outbound sales strategies
- Strong social selling and LinkedIn outreach experience
- Experience managing a full sales cycle independently
- Comfortable presenting and demonstrating software products
- Strategic thinker with strong execution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter with a strong ownership mindset
As this is a work-from-home role, you must have your own computer and stable internet connection capable of supporting video calls and sales tools.
