Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (US Eastern Time), with a 1-hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)
Scope:
- End-to-end estimation for siding projects
- Residential houses and townhomes
- Commercial multifamily projects
- Material and labor calculations
- Documentation and reporting

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform complete estimation work using the Planswift software
- Calculate material quantities and labor requirements for siding projects
- Review and analyze construction plans for residential and commercial projects
- Create detailed estimation documentation
- Follow company-specific estimation processes and methodologies
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel
- Minimum 2 years of experience - residential and commercial projects
- Strong attention to detail and precision in creating technical drawings. (APPLICANTS MUST SUBMIT A PORTFOLIO)
- Diploma or certification in drafting, architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in drafting software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant tools.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans
- Quick learner capable of mastering the Planswift software
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities
- Excellent English communication skills
- Available to work US Eastern Time zone hours
