Job Overview
You’ll own the complete Meta advertising strategy for a successful business professional who knows the power of targeted digital marketing but needs a skilled specialist to execute at the level his brand deserves. This isn’t about managing someone else’s creative vision—you’ll analyze performance data, spot optimization opportunities, and implement technical solutions that drive real results. You’ll have weekly strategy sessions where your insights directly shape campaign direction, making this a true partnership role for a Meta ads expert who wants ownership and impact.

Responsibilities:
- Create and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns across multiple objectives and timeframes
- Conduct comprehensive performance analysis including A/B testing, audience insights, and ROI measurement
- Design and implement lead capture forms and conversion tracking within Meta ads ecosystem
- Lead weekly performance review calls to assess campaign results and strategize upcoming initiatives
- Build automated workflows connecting Meta ads to CRM systems using Zapier integrations
- Monitor campaign spend allocation and adjust targeting parameters based on data-driven insights
- Provide strategic recommendations for campaign improvements and scaling opportunities
- Set up tracking and attribution systems to measure campaign effectiveness across the customer journey
Requirements:
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads Manager for lead generation campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with proven ability to interpret complex advertising metrics and optimize accordingly
- Technical proficiency in A/B testing methodologies, audience segmentation, and campaign structure optimization
- Experience with lead generation funnels, form implementation, and conversion optimization
- Excellent communication skills for weekly strategy discussions and performance reporting
- Bonus if you have experience with Zapier automation and workflow setup
- It helps if you’re familiar with CRM systems, particularly Pipedrive
- Bonus if you have experience with personal brand or professional services marketing
