Client Overview

The client is an innovative short-term rental property management company based in Charlotte, NC, managing over 50 Airbnb properties. They are dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences in the fast-paced vacation rental market. This customer-focused business prioritizes outstanding guest satisfaction and is looking for team members who share that passion.

Schedule

  • Monday – Friday, 08:00 AM – 04:00 PM Charlotte, NC, EST, with 1-hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Guest Communication: Manage all guest messages and inquiries across 50+ properties with professionalism and speed.
  • Issue Resolution: Provide timely solutions to guest concerns to ensure a high-quality stay experience.
  • Platform Management: Navigate the Airbnb platform to submit reimbursement requests and documentation.
  • Outreach: Conduct occasional follow-up phone calls to guests or vendors to coordinate logistics.
  • Reputation Management: Maintain high response standards to ensure 5-star guest reviews and protect the business's reputation.
  • Multitasking: Handle multiple conversations and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English skills are essential.
  • Experience: Proven customer service background with the ability to handle high-volume interactions.
  • Technical Comfort: Ability to learn and navigate property management software and the Airbnb platform.
  • Phone Etiquette: Comfortable making outbound calls to resolve issues or check in with guests.
  • Mindset: Naturally friendly, solution-oriented, and calm under pressure.
  • Bonus: Prior experience with Airbnb or short-term rental (STR) platforms.
