Senior Executive Assistant (GameTech)

Role Overview
As a high-level strategic partner to the Co-CEO, you will manage complex global operations, streamline executive workflows, and act as a key liaison for the Board, investors, and internal teams. This is a remote-first, high-impact role in a rapidly scaling global tech/media environment.


Schedule: 8 hours a day, 40 hours a week Work Schedule: 8AM - 5PM EST with a 1 hr unpaid break

Core Responsibilities

1. Strategic Executive Support

  • Calendar & Inbox: Proactively manage complex scheduling and travel across multiple time zones (APAC, EMEA, Americas).
  • Meeting Management: Lead agenda preparation, briefing materials, and professional note-taking; track action items to ensure follow-through.
  • Discretion: Handle sensitive Board and investor matters with absolute confidentiality and professional maturity.

2. Global Coordination & Communication

  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for the Board, key investors, and the global leadership team.
  • Communications: Draft internal updates, strategic announcements, and prepare high-stakes investor/Board presentations.
  • Operating Rhythms: Maintain systems for recurring executive cadences and information flow across global offices.

3. Project & Workflow Management

  • Operations: Preserve the Co-CEO's bandwidth by streamlining administrative processes and managing expenses.
  • Cross-Functional Projects: Drive the completion of Co-CEO initiated projects, particularly those involving product development and data entry.
  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain CRM organization (Boostr), chase seller updates, and coordinate inputs for Board/Executive meetings.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5–10+ years in a senior EA or Chief of Staff role supporting C-suite executives, preferably in a high-growth tech, media, or advertising company.
  • Global Capacity: Proven ability to manage operations and culture across diverse global time zones.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency and the ability to quickly master company-specific software (e.g., Boostr, Asana, Slack).
  • Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence, exceptional written/verbal communication, and impeccable multi-tasking abilities under pressure.
  • Mindset: Solution-oriented, autonomous, and aligned with values of being Kind, Effective, and Pioneering.

  • This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
