At the core of the methodology is a deep understanding of muscle fiber mechanics—specifically how restricted muscle fibers, caused by chemical buildup, can limit strength and endurance. Treatment focuses on restoring normal muscle length and function by releasing these restrictions, helping improve overall performance and mobility.

Scope:
- Remote position working from home
- Focus on B2B sales to healthcare practitioners
- Secondary focus on corporate wellness market opportunities
- Use of company-provided contact lists and marketing materials
- Collaboration with the founder for deal closing and technical questions
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays, 12:00 to 5:00 pm (US Pacific Time, 20 hours per week)

Responsibilities:
- Contact massage therapists, physical therapists, and occupational specialists to introduce the anatomical tracking system
- Conduct outreach to leads from industry events using the provided contact lists (names, addresses, emails)
- Present and explain the system to practitioners using the provided 5-minute video demonstrations
- Generate warm leads and set appointments for the founder to close deals
- Conduct both phone-based outreach and email marketing campaigns
- Follow up with prospects and nurture relationships through the sales process
- Potentially reach out to corporate clients for wellness program opportunities
- Track and report on outreach activities and conversion metrics
Requirements:
- Strong sales or appointment setting experience, preferably 1-8 years
- Excellent communication skills with a neutral accent
- Experience with phone-based outreach and cold calling
- Ability to learn and explain technical/medical concepts to healthcare professionals
- Self-motivated with “grit” and “go-getter” attitude
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Experience in healthcare or medical sales is preferred but not required
- Willingness to learn new software systems and tools
