Job Overview

Our client is seeking a disciplined, detail-obsessed Sales Operations & Performance Manager—the "Architect of Performance"—to take full ownership of their sales infrastructure. This is a high-level Administrative Management position where you will be the engine room of the sales department. You aren't just looking at final revenue; you are obsessed with the "science" of the sale, ensuring every input metric (calls, meetings, follow-ups) is optimized to make success inevitable.

Schedule

  • Monday – Friday, 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM Brisbane time (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Sales Administration & Governance: Maintain an incredible eye for detail in managing the sales stack; ensure CRM hygiene is non-negotiable and administrative processes are followed to the letter.
  • Activity Management: Establish and enforce strict daily KPIs; track specific quotas for calls, meetings, and touchpoints to ensure the sales machine never stalls.
  • Quality Control: Conduct regular audits of sales interactions and documentation to ensure standards of quality are never compromised.
  • Performance Accountability: Conduct weekly performance reviews; identify underperformance early and manage the termination of non-performing agents who do not meet standards after coaching.
  • Process Optimization: Constantly refine the "Playbook" to remove friction from the sales cycle and improve conversion rates through data-backed adjustments.

Requirements

  • The "Detail" Factor: Proven ability to catch minor errors in reports and identify missed opportunities in CRM management.
  • Metric Obsession: Experience managing high-volume outbound environments where call volume and meeting set rates are the primary success levers.
  • Direct Leadership: A fair but firm management style with the confidence to protect high-performing culture by removing "dead wood."
  • Market Fluency: Deep understanding of Australian business etiquette and compliance.

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
