Responsibilities
- Outreach: Conduct targeted cold calls to local businesses across all US time zones.
- Lead Prospecting: Identify businesses without websites or with poor online presence using research tools.
- Needs Analysis: Analyze website performance and traffic to identify specific client pain points.
- Solution Presentation: Present web development and marketing solutions tailored to each prospect’s needs.
- Closing: Convert prospects into long-term marketing clients and close deals.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain rapport with business owners and key decision-makers.
- Activity Tracking: Track and report on sales activities, lead status, and conversion metrics in the CRM.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in marketing or web services.
- Strong cold calling skills and a proven track record in phone sales.
- Ability to identify business pain points and present compelling, value-based solutions.
- Self-motivated with a strong commission-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work effectively during Eastern Standard Time business hours.
Qualifications
- Experience with website analysis tools or digital marketing concepts (Preferred).
- Comfortability working across multiple US time zones (Preferred).
