The company is currently experiencing rapid growth during their peak season (December through May) and needs skilled support to streamline critical data operations between their business systems and those of their public sector clients.
Schedule

Monday - Friday, Flexible hours during Philippines business hours, with a requirement to be available during UK morning meetings for coordination. (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities
- System Data Transfer: Accurately migrate data between the company’s internal database and major client platforms.
- Calculations: Perform basic calculations involving times, lengths, and periods as part of standardized data processing.
- Workflow Management: Handle cohorts of information systematically to maintain efficiency and meet project deadlines.
- Procedural Compliance: Follow detailed training materials and standard operating procedures (SOPs) with high precision.
- Coordination: Participate in morning coordination meetings (UK time) to review progress and receive new assignments.
- Operational Support: Support high-volume operations during the peak season and adapt to additional administrative tasks as proficiency grows.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data entry.
- Basic math skills (calculating durations, dimensions, and time periods).
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software systems quickly.
- Ability to follow complex, multi-step instructions precisely.
- Reliable internet connection and a professional home office environment.
- High level of English proficiency for attending meetings and following UK-based SOPs.
Qualifications
- Previous data entry or administrative experience (Preferred).
- Comfort working with database systems and the ability to work independently after the initial training period (Highly Regarded).
