Job Overview

We are seeking a professional Credit Repair Sales Representative to conduct consultations with prospective clients, review credit profiles, and present credit repair solutions. This role emphasizes consultative selling, structured guidance, and client education, ensuring consistent, professional, and high-conversion sales interactions. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping clients navigate their credit challenges while maintaining transparency and compliance.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM EST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inbound and outbound credit repair consultations with prospective clients
  • Build rapport, confirm consultation purpose, and align expectations with clients
  • Guide clients through their credit report, highlighting areas of concern and opportunities for improvement
  • Explain credit repair services, processes, and timelines clearly and accurately
  • Present pricing and service options, offering one-time or payment plan solutions
  • Handle objections empathetically and strategically, maintaining authority and trust
  • Process client payments and confirm transactions in the CRM system
  • Initiate onboarding and ensure a seamless handoff to fulfillment or client success teams
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and status updates in CRM
  • Follow standardized procedures to ensure compliance, confidentiality, and high-quality client experience

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in credit repair, financial services, or consulting
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial concepts clearly
  • Consultative approach with empathy, active listening, and problem-solving capabilities
  • Skilled in objection handling, closing techniques, and client engagement strategies
  • Comfortable working with CRM and sales tools for tracking and reporting
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow structured sales processes and SOPs
  • Understanding of credit reports, credit scoring factors, and credit repair strategies (preferred)

This is a permanent work-from-home role under an Independent Contractor arrangement. Candidates must have their own computer and reliable internet connection, and are responsible for their own taxes and benefits.
