Client Overview

Support an innovative software company founder in the home energy upgrade industry that’s experiencing rapid growth and expansion. This company has successfully evolved from a technology-focused startup into a comprehensive service provider, creating real impact in the sustainability space while maintaining an agile, entrepreneurial culture.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM EST (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Email & Correspondence: Handle email management, professional correspondence, and basic administrative communications.
  • Document Management: Process and organize administrative paperwork, digital documents, and business records.
  • Vendor Coordination: Manage subscription services, account maintenance, and coordination with various service providers.
  • Financial Support: Assist with basic bookkeeping and record-keeping tasks (full training provided).
  • Systems Maintenance: Support general office administration, organizational systems, and filing processes.
  • Digital Support: Coordinate with service providers via email and various online platforms.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with email, basic computer applications, and online platforms.
  • Highly trainable attitude and eagerness to learn new systems and processes.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
  • Reliable internet connection and professional remote work environment.

Qualifications

  • Basic administrative experience (Preferred).
  • Experience with bookkeeping or financial record keeping (Bonus).
